• Avoid exfoliation for 3 days prior
• Discontinue Retinol, Retinal, Vitamin A and active ingredients for 7 days prior
• No chemical peels, laser or microneedling for 2 weeks prior
• Keep skin well hydrated and apply sunscreen in the days leading up to treatment
• Apply numbing cream (Emla) 60 minutes prior to your appointment
