EMS 30 MIN SESSION (2 OR 4 PADS)

A 30minute session can be applied to ONE following areas: abdominals, glutes (buttocks), arms (biceps/triceps), thighs (hamstrings or quads) or calves. Burn fat, build muscle and tone the body simultaneously. 30 minutes is equivelant to 30,000 situps or squats or 5.5 hours of intensive exercise.

Prep: Be well hydrated and not have consumed food for 1 hour prior to treatment.

People with the following are unable to receive treatment.

Contraindications: 

Anyone who has metal or electronic implants i.e. pacemakers, defibrillators, Copper IUD.

Preganancy or Breastfeeding.

Heart Disease and heart issues (stroke patients)

Those suffered brain damage or brain injuries.

Not recommended during mentrual cycle.
